	Alexis Meinzer-Giles Managing Partner FRESH Real Estate & Real Estate Associate

Alexis is a managing partner of FRESH Real Estate and heads up the FRESH Strategy Division which facilitates the execution and coordination of all matters necessary to launch a new or existing project for developers & builders. She has a strong business acumen for demographic/area analysis, pre-launch/growth strategies and on-ground tactical sales initiatives leading to successful transactions.

Prior to founding FRESH Real Estate's Strategy Division, Alexis worked in the Venture Capital Industry with a private equity firm as the Director of Business Development. She was an integral contributor to the advancement of new acquisitions from start up to cash flow positive in a wide variety of industries including: real estate, government, IT, oil & gas and not-for-profit.

Alexis is a results driven professional. She performs best when helping clients define their growth visions and targeted sales, has a talent for developing and optimizing sales and marketing programs and is proficient at transforming business vision into quantifiable sales results. Her experience in venture capital, marketing and sales provides a broad perspective for developers/builders allowing her to springboard projects to the next level.
